Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant at Justenrolled, you will be at the forefront of driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how Justenrolled’s solutions can meet those needs. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound efforts.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Customize presentations to address specific client needs and challenges.
- Consultative Selling:
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Offer expert advice on the benefits and features of Justenrolled’s platform.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and market demands.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or education sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
